What you need to know depends on what you plan to do.
If you are worried about a relative, I'd go down to the police department and ask them for some pamphlets on the subject and explain your situation to them.
Drugs can be dangerous. Alcohol and tobacco are two of the very few legal drugs, but they are still dangerous. Marijuana is relatively harmless, don't believe all the government propoganda about it.

Firstly, Methamphentamines are drugs. It is traditionally called - Drugs and Alcohol. Really, Alcohol (ETOH) is a drug. In fact, it is the most neuro-toxic drug that is abused. It should all simply be referred to as Drugs.

you don't need to know anything about them except that they are illegal, addictive and vvvvvvvvvvery expencive. Don't start cause you can get into bbbbbbbbbbbbbbiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggggggggggggg trouble.
