I'm not sure, but I think if you both tuned to the same station you could. I love the yahoo launchcast player!

you can have the option to 'steal' thier music choices,
as in put them in your favorites, if it is thier own playlist.
but you have to buy launchast radio first.
if your looking to listen to the station thier listening to,
then just either ask them what station and then go to it,
or you can sometimes just click on the song they have on and it will give you more details.
