She develop into ugly! check out the Oprah shows with a lady who's addicted to beauty surgical treatment and has had 1000's of surgical procedures attempting to look like Barbie. Bodies, particularly breasts, are central images in Barbie’s world. In 1975 Mattel marketed "Growing Up Skipper." When Skipper’s arm is rotated, she instantly grows breasts. Does a doll like this give young girls the idea that "growing up" simply entails growing breasts?
While many critics of Barbie claim that she has unrealistic breasts, her chest circumference is actually slightly less than average. When Barbie is scaled to a height of 5’10", the average height of runway models in the United States, her measurements are 35"-20"-32.5". Jacqueline Urla and Alan Swedlund compared these measurements to those of the average 1988 United States Army recruit, taken from 2,208 women - 1,140 were white and 922 were black. These physically fit women averaged 5’4" tall with measurements of 35.7"-31"-38.1" (see Appendix B). Thus, Barbie’s breasts are smaller, but her minuscule waist accentuates them. When Barbie is scaled to 5’4" tall, her measurements would be 32"-17"-28", which is, according to Urla and Swedlund, clinically anorectic.

There's girls who have acquired the measurements.
There's guys who have fetishes for it, and also enough money to get some models to recreate the dolls appeareance. Also, there's the Barbie Twins.
But there's plenty of Barbies.
I'd rather find somebody with Stacy's build.

nobody comes close to Barbie's figure. it's not possible to have her figure, because she's not real. she's a creation of someone's imagination. humans are created through genetics. so, since Barbie is not real, it's not possible for anyone to have such qualities as she does because we're at the mercy of our parents' genetics. if you're talking about surgery, you might "achieve" the look. but that's not the real you. you'll just be fake like the doll.

It's probably possible on a small scale. A short petite lady. Because if it was a tall person she'd be over six foot a neck about eight inches, breasts around 44DD and pointy. She'd have lower back problems carrying those breasts around. And her legs would probably be over half her total length. And her waist would probably be the size of a roll of papertowels. Some of it could be natural, but other aspects would have to be surgically altered.

Ideas on what her measurements would be.
Here's yet another one. "Barbie would stand 5'6" but only weigh 110 pounds. She would have a bust measurement of 39 inches, a waist of 18 inches, and hips of 33 inches. It has been said that she would be too thin to menstruate."
Definately surgically enhanced you can't be anorexic and have big boobs naturally.

So funny that you asked this question. I actually did a report on it in college. If Barbie were human, her measurements would be as follows: 5'9” tall and 36-18-33. Not too bad if you ask me.

7 feet, 2 inches in height; weigh 115-130 pounds; have 30 to 36 inch hips; an 18 to 23 inch waist; and a 38 to 48 inch bust. her neck and feet are also at proportions that are humanly unattainable.

I would really hope no women alive would have a Barbie body, it is entirely out of proportion and ugly.
