Put a damp towel over them and using an iron steam them out by ironing on top of the towel. May take a few tries but should work

ice cube or a steam iron, you need to hydrate the fibers. steam cleaning the carpet will do the job.

place an icecube on the dented part of the carpet. let it melt and then let it dry

Ice cubes are supposed to help. Not sure how!
Either that or vacuum hard to raise the pile.

spray with water while you keep combing area with your fingers
it will eventually spring back to original shape with patience and continued technique
