a poor man will call God his saviour. a rich man gives his luck the credit. a rich man never know what he has until he looks at a poor man and sees that this person has almost nothing. how can a man be rich if there was no poverty?
if all men were rich or all were poor there is distingushing the difference! the rich r rich rich cause of a poor mans cheap labour. he has luxuries cause a poor man is working hard to give it him

I would like to think that there is no reason for it, but more and more people are entering this level. At the same time I am seeing stories on the 5 o' clock news about immigrants receiving houses through certain programs.
I'm just a disabled American white boy ;-) Guess I don't deserve a house.
Your question of "What is the need for proverty" is answered through a need of Balance I guess. If everything was evenly distributed, peoples desires and inherent greediness would still lead to war.
