Why not just get an experienced Captain to motor the boat there?

Dockwise would be good but expensive; other wise Tropical Marine out of Florida or Crowley Transport out of Pennshauken NJ are the big shippers here in St Thomas....both are in the Innovative directory, or you can find them on the web.
The follks that suggest delivering it on its own bottom obviously have no idea the range of a 40 foot lobster boat or where St Thomas is......

Yes this is the best option for shipping vessels as of lately. Fuel costs, airline tickets, delivery fees, not to mention possible breakdowns.
Shipping onboard a freighter is now the cheaper option. Try DockWise about shipping your vessel.
