Who's your favorite character from the most attractive bunch of castaways ever?
(I've only watched up to episode 8 of season 1 so please don't spoil me!)
I think Sayid is my favorite so far. He's capable, smart and can be ruthless. He's far more human than Mr. Boy Scout Jack.
I also love Mr. Locke. He's a complex man and probably the only person who get anything good out of the wreck. He also reminds me of my father-in-law, who could probably kill a boar with his bare hands if he needed to : )
And finally...Sawyer. He has his redeeming qualities, such as dimples. It has been historically proven that there has never been a truly bad person who has dimples.

Since you haven't caught up yet I won't spoil anything, but in season 2 Locke seriously screwed up in my mind. He used to be my favorite, but the last few things he did...
And one of my other semi-favorites also screwed up badly in the season's end, that guy being Michael. I SOOOO wanted to kill him after what he did....
Now the increasingly favorite for me is Desmond, I believe he is seen briefly in season 1, and is unimportant (and mostly non-existent) until the last few episodes of season 2, where all of a sudden he not only becomes major, he becomes one of the coolest and possible MOST important of all. It almost made me think all the events led up to him...
But we'll have to see, only a few more weeks till the start of season 3!

(I also like Mr. Ecko of Season 2.)

i love charlie and hurley! they're the ones i can relate to the most and just laugh with, generally easy going fun to be around people : )
