I ship ebay items world wide.

Depends on wieght and how fast you want to get it there.
You can go to any other the shipping companies web sites, put in the box weight and size and get a quote.

Not sure how secure Centrral American post offices are. You may want to use someone like

UPS
Fed Ex
or DHL and get a tracking number and have it sent signiture required.

The US post office does not have an educational discount, media mail is for media products books, cds and the suchand not toys.

when the post office asks what it is say books and cds. edjucational items are shipped at a discounted rate.
