Depends how you are doing it. If you are doing it in open air without machines it could take the same 4 hours. If you have used an inefficient machine that only accepts 7 articles at a time, then it would take 8 hours and 14.3 minutes. If your machine takes 4 hours to complete its task and can only accept 7 articles at a time, it would take 12 hours. If in the second load, you could put in an extra article, then it would take only 8 hours.

It depends on the capacity of your dryer. If you're drying them in the sun it would still be 4 hours.
