I have my man on Folic Acid and Zinc, it is said to drastically increase sperm mobility and sperm count.

In the study below, the sperm increased by a whopping 74%!

The point of a mother-to-be taking folic acid is to help prevent neural tube defects like spina bifida. It has to be taken before conception to be fully effective and then for the first 20 weeks. There really is no point in a man taking the tablet suppliments as this will not reduce the risks.

Men drink orange juice don't they? Orange juice has TONS of folic acid. So yes they can take it. As for it doing anything to increase fertility, I have no clue. You could look up some sort of study on it I'm sure.

All folic acid is a water-soluble Vitamin B. It is found naturally in food. Men take it everyday, they just don't know it
