I use it all the time, it is so much easier than to have your foot on the petal all the time! Yea for Cruise Control!

All the time. But sometimes it can get annoying if the people in front of you are always slowing down and then going faster. I mostly use it on long stretches of road or if I am driving a longer distance.

every trip I take back home I do, the OHIO turnpike till you get to NEW YORK they will stop you everytime
