put your mouse pointer on the bar where it should be and pull it down, if that doesn't work click view, toolbars- address bar

Right-Click up anywhere on the bar you do have and select "Address Bar". (Make sure that it is checked).

right click in the toolbar area and then go to address bar.. and voila! it's there

THAT HAPPENED TO ME, I HAD TO RESTORE. BECAUSE MINE WASN'T IN THE TOOLBAR OPTION.
