If so does that mean i get to kill the cop who shot and killed my uncle.
My uncle was shot cause he was evading arrest for a drug charge, if you factor that in I should at least should be able to beat the officer to a bloody pulp with a lead pipe.

You uncle deserved to be shot. When you evade police, they can use deadly force to protect themselves or others. I do not know the facts, but based on what you say this is how I respond. I am sorry that your uncle got shot, but you must obey cops. Running only puts others at risk.

But MAYBE your uncle shouldnt have been involved in drugs and evading capture. Cops have to make instant decisions regarding not only their safety but the safety of the general public. Your family unfortunately got taught a lesson the hard way.

uh no, if your uncle was running, i believe the cops have the right to shoot if the he appeared as a threat to them
