The ones written by the ACT test makers are best. Try "The Real ACT Prep Guide" and "Getting Into the ACT", and any others you can find that say it's the official book. I like these because not only are they the most realistic, but they tell you why the correct answers are right and the incorrect answers are wrong. They also have practice questions at http://www.act.org.

Also try ACT Prep books by Kaplan and the Princeton Review.
