That would depend on what your definition of "best" is. To me, I've always liked Brad Johnson. He doesn't go for the big plays and doesn't usually rack up big numbers, but he is the best at managing the ball and makes very few mistakes. He gets the job done. What more could you ask from your QB. He has a winning record with ever head coach he has played for, and has had 60% completions in the last 10 years.

Peyton Manning is the best QB in the NFL.
Tom Brady is a very, very, very, very, very, very close second.
No one else is at that level.
Carson Palmer and Ben Rothlesberger are the next two down the list, but they've got a little ways to go before they're as good as either Manning or Brady.

Peyton or Brady. Hard to tell at this point, honestly. After them, Palmer, Roethlesberger and Hasselbach are definitely excellent QBs...

ben rothlesburger is the current # 1, though he has been hurt lately... doenst make him any less of a good QB... now if your askin for the best of all time... you got Joe Namuth #1, and Joe Montana #2...

how could anyone deny that Peyton isn't the best? I'm not even a colts fan and I know that. Steelers relied too much on the run and a great defense for Ben to get all the credit for a great record and a superbowl....and trent green? wtf?
