Out of curiosity who thinks Vin diesel is or isn't a good actor, And why? Can't think of ne thing else 2 ask!

To me the best way to judge this is if they have done a drama, how good was it. I judge it this way because drama is one of the toughest genre's to act. Reason: a good drama should make you feel. A good actor in a drama will make you feel what the character real or fictional is feeling.
Vin has done several dramas. They include: Saving Private Ryan, Boiler Room, A Man Apart (Action/Drama) and Find Me Guilty.
In each of these he was able to get across the characters emotions in a very convincing manner. In Find Me Guilty, he was the movie. Find Me Guilty is a true story and Vin carried it. His perfomance was nothing short of superb!!!
So yes he isn't just hot, but talented as well. In fact I would dare say that he is very talented. He broke into the business against great odds. After being turned down for so long he wrote, directed, produced and acted in his own movies: Multifacial and Strays. It was Multifacial that caught the attention of Steven Speilberg. Speilberg wrote a part (Private Carpazo) specifically FOR Vin and the rest is history.
If Vin didn't have talent do you think a legend like Speilberg would have written a part specifically for him when he was an unknown? Probably not!!! The man (Vin) has talent.

Vin Diesel is a good actor and not bad on the eyes either. However, the last movie he came out with The Pacifier
did not appeal to me at all and I have not seen him in any real great block busters lately either.
I think he is okay but has definitely been outshined by some of his other hunkier hollywood colleagues such as Jake Gylennhal, Matthew McConghuay, and JOsh Hartnett.

I think Vin Diesel is a terrible actor, and I have no idea how he came to be in major movies.

My mother always said if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all, but forget that. Vin Diesel can't act his way out of thin air. I saw XXX and I wanted to seriously beat everybody involved with the making of that piece of sh*t for costing me $8.

no,not a good actor but not bad to look at..I can say that about a lot of actors lately..they seem to be lacking in skills..

Cant say for certian that he is a good actor or not but he is sure easy on the eyes.

He's annoying.
I should add that he is a self-made man. He' broke into Hollywood by funding his own indy film. So he could be an inspiration in that manner.

I on no account theory he grew to become into warm in any respect. don't get me incorrect -- he's no longer grotesque. yet there is no longer something particular or captivating approximately him in my e book. His looks are purely "undemanding". I additionally on no account understood why lots of gals think of Jake Gyllanhaal is warm. He truthfully isn't to me! back, he's no longer grotesque, yet he's on no account sexy or good-looking the two. Oh properly. all of us have our own likes and dislikes. :)
