When I was a kid, we had crayons that were "flesh pink". I don't see that label on crayons anymore.

I never thought of it that way. Someone had a problem. How "pc" can we get? I remember Kool-aid flavors, "Injun Orange" and "Chinese Cherry". Now "Native American" orange and "Asian American" cherry don't work. I loved "The Frito Bandito". For some reason," Mexican-Americans" had a problem with that cartoon character. Could it be that this cartoon spoke english.

I think that's a pretty descriptive color, though with so many people of mixed races, pink flesh/tan skin/light brown, charcoal - I can kinda see where people might take offense at that, though having that color would be great cuz have you tried coloring a person with a normal Crayola Box? The hair's always yellow or brain, and I can never find a decent skin color.

Offended by a crayon color??? No way, I'm not THAT sensitive. However, if that child using the crayon took offense to that, check the parents, that, more-than-likely, is the source of the hyper-sensitivity

To the politically correct morons yes.
But if you skin anyone of any race, the flesh underneath is kinda that color, so I don't know why they're complaining.
It didn't say skin pink...

As far as I can tell, it is not. I suppose the objection might be that, since not all people have pink skin, the label's too vague.

Funny thing is despite race, how often have you seen someone with that color skin? Besides rosy cheeks on a cold day or a handprint where they were recently slapped.

Why's that offensive? All flesh is pink.

If we all just all stop trying to be so PC, maybe we could live in harmony!

Don't you feel at times, that we are all trying to be just a smidge too PC. Think they now call that color Salmon.
