i live in a 4 bedroom house and i stay in a room with my brother even though we have a free room. to add insult my little sister has her own room. please give me a place to find out where i can find this law.

The reference of forcing your parents raises the question of why do you feel the need? Have you asked to move into the vacant room? Did they give a plausible reason why you can't? We need more info.

It's your parent's house. They pay/paid for it. If you are not of age, you must basically live with their rules. If you are eighteen, then you can work, move out and then you can have your own room.

no laws to enforce this..why not ask your parents for your own room and tell them why you think you'd be happier to have your own room. make a case presentation with strong reasons
