when i was impregnated i was using meth and so was the other guy. we were partying together and he took it upon himself to move my shorts aside and enter me after i had told him no. i fought him off but he had already came inside of me. hence the pregnancy and the cheating. should i have gone to the authorities when it happened

But the one thing you should realize about using meth (or hanging out with others who do) is what you are risking.
THIS kind of behavior is typical for tweakers! Meth addicts have a tendency toward being some of the most selfish people out there because of the way speed affects the brain.
Yes, you should have gone to the authorities when it happened. Your own paranoia from using is probably what stopped you...
I hope you'll stay away from meth instead of using the rape as an excuse to use even more... I know how addiction works, and it's not pretty. Please be careful!

No is no. It doesn't matter if your on drugs or not at the time. This is however one more reason why you shouldn't do drugs. You should have gone to the authorities when it happened...it is too late now. I hope you are taking better care of yourself now. Good luck...it sounds like you have many very serious decisions to deal with.

You should have gone to the police and you still can there are no excuses for his behaviour, drugs or no drugs. This was not consensual sex. Do yourself a favour and try to stay off the drugs

If either parties say no, it is NOT consentual. Meth is bad news, especially to an unborn baby. Hope you got off it for your baby's sake.

It sounds like rape, But then it sounds like drugs.
Why must you call it rape when you mentioned cheating, it sounds like you kinda wanted sex to happen with this guy. You need to be honest with your self and ask if you wanted it.
