Baby oil is basically Mineral Oil which is by-produced in the preparation of gas(oline). It comes straight from the earth and not babies.

no johnsons and johnson use a high grade mineral oil i believe while others might use a combination of natural edible oils that maked it more safe like i believe burts bees doesnt use mineral oil but aprictot oil and other oils... i dont know details
