I have long medium brown hair, i have pale green eyes, and olive skin...my face is rectangular but round... can you help me please ... all the boys tell me that i should start wearing makeup an it will make me look prettyer but i dont know what colour eyeliner,an eyeshadow to use .. PLEASE HELP :)

Don't use makeup! All of those boys are idiots that probably love Paris Hilton (who wears way too much makeup). You don't need makeup to impress anybody. Do you really want these people as friends if they think you NEED makeup?

Ok.... your 14 years old and boys are telling you to wear makeup. Well for one thing you shouldn't care what a bunch of boys are telling you! And second the more natural the skin the less damage in the future.... think about it you go putting a bunch of those chemicals and products on your face your complexion will surely fade! I know I'm a cosmetic specialist here, maybe a little eye shadow or mascara but remember to wash it off before you go to bed! Otherwise it will clog those pores! And I would either go for Lancome' unless you want something cheaper than go with maybelline... Color wise, if your hair is brown go with that natural color. either dark brown or a dark black NO light anything in reference to mascara, now with eyeliner it's better to go without but if you must don't put much on unless you want to look trashy, advise lightly apply under the lashes not alot and not a huge line that's spread far apart! I agree with some of the answers you received so far. You are still young to be wearing makeup and should let the inner you shine through. You could wear some mascara not too much, a pale shade of lip gloss, and for special occasions some light blush, and some eye color. You shouldn't listen to the boys, they are after all the same boys you didn't like when you were little. Remember "to thine own self be true" don't let allow them to dictate how you should look. Your pretty in your own right.

First, you want your make up that makes you look like you're not wearing make up. You don't want to look like a clown. Pick a foundation that matches your skin color and blend it in. If it matches you should have any issues with makeup lines at your jawline. For your eyes I'd try something like browns to golds with forest green eyeliner to bring out the color in your eyes. Almay has some great eyeshadow colors already packaged for your coloring. I'm a big fan of Mary Kay, you can play around on their web page to pick colors and then find colors close to them at a discount store.

I dont think men should every tell a girl that they should start using makeup. but i wont comment further on that. lets focus on the question at hand...
by having pale green eyes and olive skin your best colors should be brown, black, green, or beige. i dont think blue would be very good on olive skin. you may want to try purple also.
if you wanted to start with eyes... use the green eye shadow on the top of your eyelashes. apply it until you get to the crease. also try extending the size of your eyes by applying the shadow past the outside corner (towards your ears) of your eye and the inside corner (towards your nose) of your eye.
use the brown sadow or beige shadow above the crease of your eye. about halfway from your crease and eyebrow. use a blending brush (which has bascially brissles that are round) and blend the colors in the crease together.
its up to u what kind of eyeliner you want to use. pencil is great for when you want to make a smokey or natural look. liquid it better when you want a sharper or shinier look. which could also depend on what you are wearing today or hairstyle. applying liner to both the top of the lid and bottom lid makes the eye look smaller. as applying only to the top lid makes the eye look bigger. your choice. tho, i believe with a rectangular head shape you may want to apply it to only the top lid. (sorry for making this so long).
as for the lips since you are young you should not whatsoever wear lipstick. only lip gloss. light pink should be your number one choice (not pale pink.. in fact, no pale colors). olive skin color is very beautiful. by using pale lip glosses you may be making your complexion look dull.
do not use blush during the summer, instead use bronzer. a bronzer is almost the same as blush. however, you can use it all over your body to give your skin a natural looking glow. since your skin color is not very light, use bronzer lightly and evenly on your face.
mascara is a hard thing. if you want to extend your lashes, use covergirl waterproof... ALWAYS USE WATERPROOF. it lasts longer. to make your lashes look fuller and longer, apply one coat of mascara then use a lash comb and comb through it once to ensure lashes wont stick together before the mascara dries. without combing through the lashes before applying the second coat, it could make your lashes look clumpy. and that is not hot.

You should use brown eyeliner for your age to be more suttle. black on you might look more gothy. just cuz the boys say u should wear makeup doesnt mean you have to.its yourchoice. well you could try a light gold eyeshadow or a darker brown so its suttle. also a pink. maybe a cute little kind of darkish pink. it would be cute. a pale pink gloss would be good for anyone.brown mascara and oviously to be more noticeable and more dramatic black if you choose. i really hope i helped! you can email me if there are any more questions.:-)

My list for you is....
+ Foundation for special occasions, not daily use
+Concealer because us teens tend to need it lol
+Light purple eyeshadow. Purple will bring out the green in your eyes but don't do dark purple because that will overpower you.
+Mascara in Black. I recommend Maybelline New York XXL Volume and Length Mascara in Black
+Eyeliner for special occasions, weekends, parties in Black or Purple. If you do use purple you may not want to go with the purple eyeshadow. I'm not sure, as I don't own purple eyeliner.
+A lipgloss that is uniquely yours. I recommend pink for teens as red may be too harsh.
You are young so a blush probably isn't necessary.

Dark brown under eyeliner and a little lipgloss. Nothing more. You are still young. For special event, you could add a little coral blush and dark brown eyelash mascara. You could use the mascara daily if you have really thin, sparse eyelashes.

stick to foundation and any eyeshadow from Bare Essentials. Their eyeshadows are amazing, and look really natural.
Do not put on too much makeup, then I guys will try to tell you to tone it down! Plus guys do not know about makeup and what they really like, if you are ready for makeup, then you make that decision not based on what others say you should do.

go on line to seventeen magazines web site and do a search for articles on agree appropiate make-up for 14 year olds. make sure u get it right because to much for a young lady is not cute
