You can also to to your start key - bottom left hand corner...go to search and then type in temporary internet files. It will bring them all up and you can clear them out there also! I find doing it this way gets a lot more of the "hidden" ones!

You should tell what O.S. you are using, as they are different.

ON XP; C:\ Documents and Settings / (folder with your name) / Local Settings / Tempory Internet Files.

Why do you want to know where they are? It's enough to know how to remove them. Go to Tools, Internet Options. All will be revealed.
