Just put your pic on your 360 page and it also becomes your 'answers pic'

u cant. thats why its an avater and not a place for a pic of you. its there for fun u make the avater look as much like u as u can.. so the answer is u cant put a pic of u there.

Download infranview and make your picture smaller.
When you go to use the avaters there will be a download your own cick on that and download your own picture

open ur yahoo msgr go to avatar and c in bottom click it then set display picture and u r done!!!!!!!!
