I love Wicked. I've never seen it, but I got the CD when it first came out because it looked intriguing. I've stopped liking it so much recently, now that so many people are crazy about it. (It was the same with me and Harry Potter---bought the book when I was eight, then it got popular a few years later and it wasn't so cool anymore. I have NO idea why.)
But I still think Stephen Schwartz is a musical genius, Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenowith are amazing, and everyone who worked on that show deserves a standing ovation.
In short, I WAS obsessed with it, but not so much anymore.
My favorite character would have to be Fiyero. He's a stud, you've gotta admit it.

Umm. Haha. Not quite sure how to go into the obsession, but here goes.

Seen it in Dallas, Chicago, and New York City.

Own three shirts (once from each time I've seen it), a keychain, the Grimmerie, a poster, a mug, the sweatshirt, a souvenir program, the novel and its sequel.

Sang Defying Gravity/No Good Deed/For Good for my last three musical theatre auditions (and nailed all three of them, thankyouverymuch. :D)

Obviously know all the lyrics by heart.

Watched Bewitched (dreadful movie really) for the sole purpose of seeing Kristin and Carole Shelley.

Went green with my two best friends last Halloween. It was fun. :]

Favorite character... ahh. The teenage girl wants to say Fiyero, because almost everyone who's played him is so ridiculously beautiful, but I love, love, love Elphaba and Galinda.

How obsessed you say?

Every audition I use a song from "Wicked"

Great musical and book.

Have the song book.

Have CD.

Have poster.

I could go on but it would get boring.

My favorite character would be Elphaba, not because she is really what the story is about, but I guess I like who plays her, Idina Menzel.

Glad there are so many Wicked fans!

omg i LOVE wicked!! i have the book (which i have read many times!), the cd, the song book, a poster signed by joey mcintyre (played fiyero on broadway for a while), and a t-shirt. plus i went to new york for my birthday in 2004, right before christmas, specifically to see wicked - it was beyond awesome!! idina menzel was amazing, and jennifer laura thompson (playing glinda) was amazing too!! love it!!

i would say elphaba is my favorite character because i think she's a lot like me in many ways.

I love WICKED! Its an awesome production! Elphaba is my favorite of course! In both the novel and musical, Elphaba is the intense, broody, smart heroine who often carries a sense of burden of her oddness.

I have to CD
The Piano Book
& I've preformed as Elpheba in my local talent show.

I saw the play in June, and absolutely LOVED it! The acting was suberb, and the girl who played Elphaba was incredible! I sang "I'm Not That Girl" at our Pop Concert, and some woman came up to me and said she cried when I sang!

Just wanted to pop in and add my two cents. See ya'll!

Oh, guy, lots. i like Christian Cage on TNA yet he grew to become into incredibly underrated regardless of his glaring important-journey ability. He could come decrease back and the WWE could provide him precisely what he merits. i grew to become into constantly partial to Rob Van Dam; i do no longer comprehend why his push for the international call decrease back in 2002 grew to become into decrease short. He grew to become right into a real in-ring artist and he desires extra desirable than one international call reign. Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit have been gods of the squared circle. while they died, the industry died with them. The Rock grew to become into probable the main captivating guy to ever set foot interior the WWE ring. Too undesirable he had to pass over to Hollywood. WQ: side, Chris Jericho and John Morrison.
