If you think about it logically it makes no sense, all they are telling girls to do is "film it" and then it's alright..... I mean that is all women who wanted to do "prostitution" would have to do.... I mean all they would have to do was film it and say that the money they were receiving was for the "porn pictures or movies"......
Just for the record I do not necessarily think it is wise for women to get into prostitution or pornography for that matter, but it should be their choice.
But here is another question ~ if there was no such thing as "pornography" do you think guys would be ejaculating to "little house on the prarie"? (MRS.E's big pantry)
paraphrase~ "the woman is the fairer of the species"- lex luthor

A number of laws in the US are based on Christianity. Selling sex would be contrary to the idea that sex is for married men and women only. If prostitution was legal it could be regulated and given proper places and security. STD testing and safehouses could be used and it could get girls off the street and away from "pimps" who abuse them and keep all of their money. Check out this website and please search for more if you are interested.

Look who make the laws and then what they do..If we are to have prostitution is would be better to tax it so the women or men can get health ins. And the choice of each is not a smarter or wealth thing is just a choice.

It's a sort of "look but don't touch".
You may watch murders and other crimes in movies. That doesn't mean it's legal for you to do so as well.
Anyway, prostitution in Amsterdam isn't against law as far as i know. At the same time, pornography may be against law otherwheres.

This is really rather simple. The production of pornography, most of it anyway, is regulated and controlled, and quite safe.
Prostitution, however, is a VERY dangerous career choice. After all, if you're a prostitute, look at your target demographic! Guys who can't get laid are, well, dangerous!

Because it can't be easily taxed or tracked(all gold diggers would have to find a real job). Plus some Jesus minded folks might not be interested in seeing it in their income tax return which means there will be a record and/or think that "it's just wrong".

its not so much as against the law but it is more so a crime it is mearly a moral offence, to some prostitutes it is dangerous because if they dont want to do something the opposite sex might rap them, etc.
