please can anyone help. i dont know what happened. it was fine yesterday, but today when i turned my computer on everything is faded and my screen is a little amaller. i dont know what could have caused trhis. please help.

two possibles first is a virus but I cant see what the point would be of just fading stuff out, the other is your monitor failing, alas I dont know anyway of testing this, if you turn everything off again and then back on do this two or three times if the picture comes back normal then it defo sounds like tube or monitor problems.
there is the slightest possibility that the settings for yur display might have gotten changed somehow.

maybe someone played with your monitor settings, or your appearnce settings.
