If yuo were walking behind a guy who had on a silky soft knee lenght dress ,heels to match,nice pantyhose on ,nails done ,makeup on ,wig ,lingerie on ,jewerly on and it was a dress just like your favorite dress ,just wonder if you tell him i have on just like it.

I would compliment him on his taste. I really don't know why some people make a big deal out of how people dress, women dress in mens clothing all the time and that's not a big deal. Why should women be the only ones with the nice clothing?

Depends. I probably would be repulsed at the idea if it were a Regular Joe but wouldn't make any contact to him. I can't get with the whole cross dressing thing. It's too unnatural.
If I am at a male impersonator event, that may be different.

Yeah, why not? They are a human being and you should speak to them how you would speak to a natural-born female. It shows that you are openminded and not out of touch.
Ask them what shade of lipstick they're wearing or where they got their hair cut. Why not?

No but not because he was a guy I just would not go up to someone I didn't know and say "Hey I have that same outfit and you look great in it!". That's just not me.

Sure why not? It obviously doesnt bug him , he would apprciate the compliment I would imagine. hey ! live and let live ...whatever a person wants to do as long as they are not stepping on anyones toes is ok for me!!
