Perimeter = 9. Since perimeter means the sum of all four sides. Then if x = 1.5 (width) then the length must be 3. Thus if you add 1.5 + 1.5 +3 + 3, you will get 9.

perimeter is the length off all sides added together so since a rectangle has 4 sides you would do:

1.5 x 4 = 6

impossible to know without knowing what the other side is. if its a square which can be a rectangle (but not always) then its 6 because 1.5 * 4 = 6.
