If you don't care to research this yourself, or want to know why you should or shouldn't give a particular vaccine, then you shouldn't have the horse. If you can't spend that extra few minutes reading the pro's and con's of various vaccines, and can't spend 5 minutes on a search engine, then you aren't responsable enough to own a horse. There are no "right and wrong" answers for that question by the way. NO ONE vaccinates against everything out there. So you need to do some research and decide for yourself what is and isn't worth vaccinating for. You need to take into account where you live, and where your horse is coming from, as some diseases don't exist in certain places, and the horse is far more likely to catch some things in certain areas than in other areas.

Generally you should vaccinate your horse for at least the following:
West Nile virus
Strangles
And don't forget about worming as well
There are others that may or may not affect you depending on where you live and the rules of any place you may board your horse (unless you have your own place)
You will also have to keep in mind that many horse owners, myself included, have varied opinions about what is and what is not necessary. That being said, most advice you should take with a grain of salt. Remember the best resources for these types of questions should be from your vet and sometimes from your farrier.

Just list them?
Why? You need to know what they are for AND how often to give it. Some vaccinations are not required nor needed. It depends in enviroment and depends on what the horse has.
I suggest you look up your shots. If you do not know, pretty much do your homework before getting a horse.
It seems you just want the list so you can put it down on the application. Even though you won't know anything about it...........
4 or 3-way shot. Depending on the horse etc.
Rhino
worming
west nyle
Strangles
Those are to name a few of some.

It depends on the place you live. Where I live you only need to give 4way, rabies and west nile. I would contact a local feed store or vet and ask them.
