i'm in my senior year i only took 5 ap courses though bio, psyh, calculus, european history, and american history plus the rest of my classes are honors. I know i should have took more but just wondering is that ok for me to get into a decent college...suny? cuny?

That seems like a lot. Do you also do extracurricular stuff such as sports and clubs? A lot of colleges today are looking for more well-rounded students. What does your guidance counselor say? How were your SAT's?

I only had one AP class when I went to the University of California system which is more competitive than SUNY or CUNY. With 5 AP classes and a 3.5+ GPA I would say you're an ideal candidate for NYU.

5 AP classes are perfect. A lot of people I know who take 4 or 5 AP classes can get into college easily. Most colleges pay most attention to Junior year, but they do get a copy of your transcript when you graduate from high school. Just remember to not overload yourself.

It's a great schedule. You shouldn't overpile yourself with more than 5 AP classes. Keep up the good work!

I think its pretty good. You should take AP classes on what intrests you, and I think its great!

You'll be turned down by "Party Schools" 'cuz they'll be afraid you won't do enough drinking.
