More inputs are necessary. if it is an aided school i.e. receiving government grants, you can complain to the district education officer. also can complain to the shops & establishments officer if the school is in a town. you can file a suit in the JMFC court or the labour court of the area. but before all this you are required to write a registered post a/d notice to the school clearly stating all the fact and demanding the balance salary to be paid within 15/30 days by a bank draft.

Just call Zee TV, Star TV etc. Send a fax to the president. You will get all your salary plus bonus. Good luck.
