preparation h! It works! just use the cream, not the gel, or you cant wear makeup over it.

The only permanent way is plastic surgery. A temporary way is to use, believe it or not! is Preparation H ointment. It shrinks the tissues under the eyes, just as it does Hemorroidal tissues. It's really quite affective.
I usually use it in the morning, before I put makeup on. You may need a little touch up now and then through the day. It usually doesn't affect the makeup, unless you are wearing powder over your base. Remember, if you are already wearing makeup, just a little dab will do you.
Ointment does work, over makeup, if you use only a tiny bit. cream is mainly for itching, and burning of the hemorrhoids.

Botox, cold water shock treatment, cucumbers, Avon and Mary Kay have great under eye treatment. CVS carries a variety of products if you are unable to get to these vendors. Helix is a more expensive brand but if you look on the website, they will give you details on how to obtain it via mail. This is for more serious issues. Last but least, QVC and HSN have great items as well.

Keep 2 tablespoons in ur freezer for 30 mins and put on ur eyes in the morning. Great for bags and to wake u up !!!

Go buy some green tea bags..drink they tea(because it is good for you) then save the bags and put them in the fridge..When you wake up put the cold, wet, used tea bags on your eyes for a while..It works well!!

If you have one of those gel eye masks, those work great. Wear it while you're getting dressed for about 10 mins and then toss it back in the freezer

Cucumbers really! One cold slice on each eye.Leave on 20 min .Stay away from salt and alcohol. I definitely look bad after a nite out after eating nachos and beer.
Keep hydrated at all times , too !

umm i would recomend getting more sleep at night lol
but on a serious note, i usually get them from not taking off my mascara, and then it just like sticks, so make sure all ur eye makeup is off. also, i got this great under eye make up from victoria secret that i absolutely love! its from the aura science line, and its a little pot (haha i said pot) of camouflauge cream. Its awesome
