A lot of anti oxidents. Vit C mega doses, Vit B complex. Zinc levels are always less than satisfactory with people who have colds. so take zinc, echanasia, Vit E, garlic, eat grapes. Do not drink OJ-too much sugar, buit a juicy ffruit diet is always a good way to cleans the colon.
Be clear that if you the President, they'd give hium an injection which is not abvailable to =the rest of us to knock the cxold out. Colds are viral, so antibiotics don;t work. However, anti viral medication available at a health food store work, such as grape extract, and other things.

Scotts Emulsion...it is a vitamin based fish oil that comes in a bottle. You can buy it from a drugstore or a Walmart. Tastes horrible but it works!!!

"NyQuil" OTC, over the counter works wonders....use the cherry flavored before you go to sleep, and you will sleep and breathe easy. In the daytime, try "Dayquil" capsules, they will not make you groggy, but are good to keep you dry, and unclogged. Don't forget chicken noodle soup with pepper in it...works great!
