It has been suggested by a Russian physicist that ordinary available materials like Lead oxide can be used to make atomic weapons and it has been proved in the lab at some american institution.and imagine what will be the situation when ordinary nations and terrorists start to experiment with this.So is it not the time that all nuclear Powers destroy their arsenals.

It is pretty tough to convince others to not have nucleear weapons when you have a loads of them. It will be a good thing to remove them from the face of earth. But I guess we cant.
I dont think anyone is ever convinced when the people who ask to shun their nuclear weapons are US, Russia, France, UK. Because these are the countries who have lots and lots of them.
I often discuss this with my friends and there is just one question which haunts me
Name a country who has used Nuclear weapons.
For sure that country should have no right to ask other to not have nuclear weapons and should be the first one to disarm.
But it wont happen. So there will be a nuclear arms race and with so many countires now in race. The only way around is that every one should disarms. And then if anyone thinks of making they should be punished harshly.

this is a no no if the western world gets rid of the nuclear deterrent .. this will just invite the radical nations to build there own nuclear weapons and use them against the west ...and any other nation that it wants to terrorise and i think Israel would be the first target for radical Nations as it is the of most religious place on earth and still cause wars as we speak

no individual needs to spoil the international. yet when an contract is made to get rid of nuclear guns, and under no circumstances make any extra, then what do we do even as someone makes a decision to interrupt that contract? doing away with them would not recommend that it will be forgotten a thanks to lead them to. In a international freed from nuclear guns, you in basic terms favor one despot to make one, and he has the entire international by employing the quick and curlies.
