I am like the coolest, nicest, person you will ever meet in you entire life...BUT, while I am around the populars I get....well not myself shy, quiet, how do shoe them the real me?

Maybe you should stop being too damn modest. You're "the coolest nicest, person you will ever meet it your entire life"?. Oh come on, brag a little, admit your qualities and stop putting yourself down!

a slight hypnotic suggestion would work....you just need to relax, those poplular kids are not any different than you, they aren't any better than you, they aren't more attractive or nicer or smarter either. Once you realize that you won't get nervous. You get nervous because you are afraid of seeming foolish, stupid, what ever....but your not. You think in a way they are better than you when they really aren't. So relax, you don't need to impress anybody...they are not looking for you to impress them either.
You're a great person sweety, stand up and be proud!

The popular people are going to be unpopular right after high school. Im sure you'll talk different to them when they ask you whether you'd like that supersized. Its funny how high school is so different from the REAL world.

Popular people will not care, I know because im a popular, but im not the bitchy ones, you just have to hang out with people that are like you, why do you wanna hang out with populars anyways? you probably have like nothing in common with them anyways.

that's just because you give them too much power, because you already made it up in your mind that "they" are popular..
try this, the next time you are around them, think of yourself as just as popular and great, think about how your other friends treat you and that will give you more self confidence
