Read the General Accounting Office report and you'll find
out where the 6 billion went and over here in the USA, the 6 billion dollars would have been divided up among the Senators and House of Representatives and divvied among their home districts and who knows where it would have went????????? !!!!!!!!!!

Do you measure lives in money?
$6 billion could have been spent here on welfare checks and food stamps.
Bush put the money to good use. Don't worry about it.
