I don't think so. There would be a lot of liability there... allowing minors to make out. Most kids in high school are under the age of 18.
If the students have privacy to do whatever they want they may do more than just make out. What about people who are forced to go there against their will?
Imagine the outrage that most parents would feel, not to mention the anger felt by voters who would pay for the room.

If giving young teenagers from the age of 15-18 a room to make out, its showing, we condone this type of behaviour.
The old phrase says, give them an inch and they'll take a mile. If we supply a make-out room, the immaturity of age will show, and they will possibly do more than just simple innocent making out. If you want to make out that badly, go somewheres where you can be alone.
We all make out when we are younger, and its nothing to be embarrassed or hidden. Its natural, but for a make out room, Id say.. NO!

This is probably one of the most ludicrous questions ever posed to this website. No, high schools should not provide this amenity and neither should any other public facility short of a hotel or motel which should be only rented by consenting adults, not teens in heat. What you are describing insults the integrity of all education. Shame on you!

yes lets just install beds and condom machines while we are at it and a boxing ring so students wont get in trouble for fighting and lets just make detention mandatory for the whole school since kids are going to make trouble and get on the teachers nerves anyways, this is great logic right! students need to learn how to behave appropriately ,you are at school not a damn motel room and employers dont provide private rooms for employees to make out in cause this like school is not the time or place for that and in this patriarchal society of double standard girls who participate in this public display are sluts while guys are studs. remember that, plenty girls have been socially devastated and pay for years of counseling as adults cause they could not get over being the school sluts, even though they were virgins, gossip happens and who wont believe that about some girl who behaves that way in public, this maybe 2006 but as an adult female ,I still get disapproving remarks from college professors and colleagues for making statements which are not vulgar but are statements that are socially acceptable to make only if you are a man, not a woman. and alot of women tell me they wish they had the courage or nerve to say what I say or stand up for themselves as I boldly do in a blunt manner, this may not seem related to you ,but it is evidence of the double standard of this society we live in, which is alive and well ,whether you choose to see it or not

NO! Making out in school is inappropriate behavior, and it is punishable if you get caught anywhere on campus. Next time go to your or his home and make out. I am sure your and his parents won't mind and give you permission to do so. I am sure your school gives out a student handbook and in it you will find it listed along with other do's and don'ts, but I'll bet you are one of those kids that throws it away without even reading it. Take your punishment and LEARN from it.

As much as students in high school just LOVE to put their hands all over each other and makeout, it's not appropriate for school. You go there to LEARN, not to find your next victim for a full on makout session. Save it for the privacy of your own home. I'm not a big fan of PDA. Kisses here and there-fine, but no more than that.

If this is what you want to do then why to go to school. Stay home or somewhere else. Schools are meant for studies so let the kids study there. What you want to do there are places for that as well. Pl learn to do things according to the places. Maintain the sanctity of the places.
