Ok well she lost her password and she cant remember her birthday she put on it . She did not put a alternate adress and she has some important stuff in her mail that she needs for school. Any help will be great. If i call yahoo will they help me?

good luck unless you know all the info that you put down, you will not get it back.Yahoo is very strict about that...I know I did the same thing the just told me until I know what I put down the first time i was out of luck

i doubt they will be sympathetic as she has broken the terms of service by falsifying her birth details but you can only but try.
