The best eyeshadow to use is Maybelline New York : dream mousse shadow
Color: Ivory illusion
This stuff is the best and it has shimmer to it, just a little bit but you can't really see it.

L'oreal - to get a wide-eyed look, make sure to apply upper eyeliner! Darker colors are more wide-eyed.
