When you load your belonging in the moving truck, bomb it! Buy enough bombs so you get a really thick fog that penetrates into every nook and cranny. Wipe everything down when you move it into your new place. Buy lots of Combat roach baits and place them near anything roaches can hide in. This should take care of any that got past the foggers. If you stay on top of it, once you move, you'll be able to kill off the stragglers before they have a chance to recolonize.

Yes you can get them out. Gather up all your electronics and get some clear plastic tarp like if you will and spread the clear plastic out. Place your electronics on the plastic then gather the plastic around the electronics. Tape the plastic together around the electronics with just enough room to drop a couple of roach bombs into the "gas chamber" set off a couple of them, they will be dying to get out. The only setback is the eggs so if you can find some bombs that kill eggs to that's a plus. But give it a whirl anyhow. Oh yeah, thoroughly clean electronics after this.

That might be hard. you can try to bomb your place and see how that works out. Try 1 bomb in each room. Go out for 3 to 5 hours. Come back and they should all be dead. Be remember Roaches sometimes only leave out, they don't all die. And if you are not going to take your stuff out wright away then they might come back.

Go get some spray bombs, and set one in each room before you move in, and where you'll store your things

Bomb the entire place where you live now, and bomb again the new place when you move in.
