answer your own question. What do you think? Would you want her talkin about another "boo" in front of you? everyone has a name...use it, not "boo"

as mong as they don't mind, they might consider is a cute and friendly nickname or a kind word of endearment, go for it and watch for smirks or laughter, then you know it is all good....if someone does not like it find another name....

Yeah it's just casual anyhow. If they look angry then tone it down. Most people don't mind whatever.
