I am big! No, I'm huge! I am really fat!!!I have never had a boyfriend because i'm big! PLEASE help me! I don't want to be big! I've tried everything! No matter what I do I stay the same!!! I even tried startvation diet and that didn't work either! PLEASE I AM SO DESPERATE! I H8 BEING CALLED FAT AS-S IN SCHOOL! PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU!!!!!!!!!

first of all, forget what those dumbasses are saying at school. i know it's not that easy, but just pretend those people don't exist. they're obnoxious, and don't matter.

2nd, if you really feel out of shape and want to change, you have to remind yourself every day to eat to live; not live to eat (haha i didn't make that up, i saw it somewhere, but i like that quote!). In otherwords, food should not be the highlight of your day; it should just be something you eat to keep your body working and healthy.

try to make meals in advance, and portion them out and keep them in the fridge for the next few days. if you already have your meals planned out, then you won't be tempted to cheat. you just eat ONLY what's on the plate, and that's it.

3rd If you're dying for chocolate or something, have like a little piece. don't deny yourself all the time or you will want to binge later.

exercise, but don't over do it at first. go on long walks, etc.

also, eat SLOWLY...you get full easier if you take time to enjoy the small, healthy amount of food on your plate.


don't keep looking at the scale. just live healthy and love yourself :). tell yourself you're a hottie! beauty isn't about super thinness or ugly fake blonde hair. it's about healthy-looking well-groomedness; looking like you love your body enough to take care of it. you can wear cute clothes and keep your hair and makeup looking fresh at any size, and be very beautiful. believe me, i know some VERY beautiful full-figured women. good luck!

First you have to accept there is no easy answer or magic solution. You have to eat less and move more. In my life long work to get and keep my weight under control, I started slow, built some excitement and added more stuff.

I started by getting a pedometer and wearing it all day every day. I know that you have to walk 10,000 steps a day to get fit. So I walked a little every day and kept at it until 10,000 just became something I did. Then I slowly reduced the amount of fast foods and processed foods. I never said never, but tried to make good choices more often. I read about health and fitness. As the weight came off and I started feeling better, I got more excited and it became easier. I craved good food and cold water. It really is true that you have to change your lifestyle. It is the only way. Not easy but soooo rewarding. It is also helpful to have a buddy that will support you and help you. Everything you need is inside you and no where else.

DON'T's

~ Starve yourself. This will put your body into shock and make you retain more weight. ALSO, you could die from it! Nothing's worth that.

~ Worry to much. This will also make you gain, and being too stressed is unhealthy in many other ways. Spend your free time relaxing.

~ Stress out because you're single!! It's natural to want a guy, but if you have a guy that just likes you for your looks he'll dump u as soon as someone prettier comes along. If he likes you for you, he'll stay by you.

~ Undereat. Just like starvation, this will send your body into shock and make you gain weight and lose energy.

DO's

~ Be comfortable with your size! Unless your doctor TELLS you you're overweight, you have NOTHING to worry about. If you ARE dangerously overweight, your doctor can prescribe you something or give you an excercise program to follow.

~ Eat healthily and drink lots of water! This is good for your body and weight in so many ways. Junk food makes you gain and can also do major damage to your health. A treat every now and then is okay though, of course! Don't upset yourself over eating healthy, it's counter-productive.

You need to job, run track, play sports. That's mainly all you can do. U can't be lazy because if ur lazy and dont want to get active, u'll stay the same way u are. (sorry if that sounds mean) but I'm trying to tell u. You need to get active...like VERB.COM. Play any sports for a long time and u'll see the results.

Also....eat healthy foods. I know a lot of people have poralby told you that..like ur mom "eat ur veggies!" lol....she's telling to to eat them because they're healthy for u. Dont ever starve yourself. I suggest u don't eat a lot of junk, fast food, and greasy food. Like in your cafeitera at school. Thise kinds of foods aren't healthy for u but u can eat them if u want. U can also pack your lunch to school. Tell ur mom to make a healthy meal for u at school so u can eat it.

SWM, JOG, RUN, JUMP, JUMP ROPE, BASKETBALL, TEENIS, SOCCER, BIKE RIDING, ROCK CLIMBING, RUNNIGN UP AND DOWN THE STARIS. .....whatever as long as u get active.

Go to a weight watcher's meeting and join in, you will learn to eat in a healthy way in order to lose weight.

People saying what not to do, does not work, you already know that. At these meetings you can get support and help from people who know how you feel.

try somersizing it worked for me i was not big or anything i just
wanted to lose some weight
