I really love BMWs and have a lot of respect for Infiniti's but I think the best value for an AWD car with excellent performance and luxury would be the Audi RS4 or S4.
2007 Audi S4
Horsepower: 340hp
Torque: 302lbs
Price Range: $45,000-$50,000
2007 Audi RS4
Horesepower: 420hp
Torque: 317lbs
Price Range: $60,000-$65,000
The RS4 is the overall the best car on the market with the Corvette Z06 right under it. The thing I like about the RS4 is that it will not only meet your performance needs but your luxury needs also.

Personaly, I would go with the Infiniti. It has a great reputatuion as does the BMW, however it is more reliable and has proven performance.

BMW's seem to have many flaws, I been lucky with Infiniti's they are very durable, also gas ecomony. Save on gas. Even though prices been dropping all of a sudde.
