The first 10 are called the Bill of Rights collectively. They were added to the Constitution at the same time. They are each called by their numbers, with the word amendment capitalized - e.g. the Fifth Amendment, the Nineteenth Amendment, etc.

Only the first ten have a title, The Bill of Rights. After that they're just Constitutional Amendments.

Yep, except for the first ten, there isn't an actual name for the amendments collectively (except, I suppose, 'the amendments'.)
