what does it mean and was it in a song or something?

I'm not sure if those lyrics are in a song or not. He's saying that one cannot exist without the other.

He's pretty much talking about a soulmate, though not in the traditional sense. Someone who compliments the other so much that together is when magic happens. He loves Kim no matter what, Slim and Shady always go together, Dre and Eminem and the hottest duo out, and Alaina and Hailey are his two daughters.

About the meaning I agree with Travisimo. It's from his song "Crazy in Love" from the album "Encore". It's adressed to his ex-wife Kim. Marshall is his real name. Dr. Dre is his producer who made him famous as "Eminem". Hailie is his daughter and Alaina is his niece for whom he has custody and is like his second daughter.
