Cause it feels like their gonna burst open and bleed everywhere. I think getting hit in the balls is the equivalent of giving birth.

It all depends on how hard "it" hits you. And as everybody else answered, i have the smae opinions. (and asking a question on getting hit in the balls doesn't belong under the zoology catagory)

The testicles are actually internal organs that are almost external, and therefore subject to trauma more easily than other internal organs. The ovaries are just as sensitive, but a lot better protected.
