his wifw is so so mad that she cald the police on me and said I cald her home to say that I was going to kill her and her huspad and her daughter of cours it was all a big lie she's mad that her huspand has a child from someone else and i had to go to jail for 2 days because tis lady lied to the police were are my rights in this my huspand had to pay 500.00 dollar for bail. I wish i can sue her for liying we have court tomorrow to aswer why she lied

That is just crazy! I can just imagine how mad you are right now, why did she say such a thing. obviously this lady needs some kinda help or councilling to do that to you! I'm sure you could sue her for damage of character, but do you really want to! it sounds to me like she just might need some help and is taking things out on others around her! that's just my opinion. if you could just get the 500 off her then that would be great, but think of her kids as well if you plan to go further. best of luck.

I would stay as far away from her as I possibly could. Let him know if he wants to be a part of the childs life he can call on certain days and times. Tell him you want no part of her and nake sure she is not allowed around the child without supervision. You need to let her problems stay hers. She may have a problem with you and she will have to answer for her mistakes one day.
