He keeps saying that he is in love with me now. He keeps getting on the loud speaker and calling me into his office. He always request that I wear a skirt to school and I have to sit on his lap. One time the secretary walked in and gave us a disapproving look. I told him that I didn't want to be with him anymore and he started crying. He is a really nice guy and he is having a lot of problems with his wife because she is going through menopause and he has to take viagra. He's alright in the sack, but he really has no technique. He is too old for me. He is like 52 and I am only 16. My stopping point really has to be around 40. 50 is too old. So how do I get rid of him? What can I tell him to make it a little easier?

First of all - shame on some of you for blaming the victim. If this is a real situation this girl is a victim regardless of her apparent consent. As a minor she is legally unable to consent to a sexual relationship. The principal of a SCHOOL is an authority figure. He is using his role to get sex from minors. I am sure this is not the only case. He is a pedophile and should be put in jail. At the very least he should not be working at a school.
Now my advice for you. You do not need to "break up" with this man. Go to the police, social services, a teacher, a parent, a school counselor, or any other adult you trust. What he is doing to you is wrong. Stand up for yourself and get help. This has nothing to do with dating age limits. It seems that either this situation or others have warped your perception of sex and appropriateness. Please see a counselor to get help with this.

Be straight forward when you tell him your decision of taking this to a stop.
It is ilegal for him to approach you with this behavior.
It's understandable that he has problems, but, you do not have to carry the consequences of his problems. Therefore, do not simpathize with this, since he uses those problems to manipulate you.
By the way, these types of guys appear to be friendly, but they're just trying to satisfy their own egotistical goals. So, if he doesn't take it well, tell him a close friend is aware of the situation and has prove, and that if something, that is the slightest thing, a scract, shall happen to you, this person will go public and issue a legal suite.
Be careful, this situation is delicate and you must proceed with caution when it come to the principal.
Oh! And ypu right! he is too old for you.
