Left click on Internet Options
Left click on Delete Cookies
Left click on Delete Files
Left click on Clear History
Left click on OK
Close IE then reopen
If you are using Firefox:
Left click on Tools
Left click on Clear Private Data

Left click on Privacy
Left click on Settings
Check all boxes including Clear private data when closing Firefox
Left click on OK button
Close Firefox then reopen.

An easy way to remove the rather large collection of recently accessed files that Windows accumulates on your computer is to run a scan using Lavasoft's Ad-aware (available from download.com ) and then to select the MRU list and select delete. if you are using firefox press down ctrl+ shift +del if you are using IE go to tools then internet options and then delete history and cookies and files
