To answer your question. If it was about cookies, there would be grounds for a law suit but since it is about race, the person needed firing. You are quick to want to blame your country. probably because you weren't working. I do read the news- just not worthless and innane stuff like that. they should have been doing their job - I imagine there is more to the story than what you read by a reporter.
